Salon Owner / Hair Stylist
For over 25 years Toshi has been a fixture within the global fashion scene with continuous high demands offered by top photographers, super models and style houses around the world. Toshi operated a successful studio in the East Village by word of mouth for over 15 years, traveling to select clients as far away as France while discretely servicing a large NYC celebrity including Gisele, Heide Klum, Sara Jessica Parker. Toshi has recently opened a new larger space in the East Village to accommodate the explosion in demand as NYC has learned of this available talent.
＊KINO is now accepting new clients and interviewing experienced stylists and colorists in Manhattan.

BIOGRAPHY
Toshi was born in Nagoya, Japan and began learning in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.
＊In 1990 Toshi moved to New York to work with Garren at Garren NY and Salon Ishi.
＊In 1991 he became an editorial hair stylist working with Garren, Jimmy Paul, Odile Gilbert, Danilo,
Renato and many others
＊In 2001 Toshi opened his first salon in East Village
＊In 2016 Toshi expanded to a new larger studio on the ground floor of a historic landmark building
at 7 E 3rd St. New York, NY 10003
